  1. Service Description

Digital Landscape offers:

  • Custom software development
  • AI/ML-based solutions
  • Configuration and implementation of third-party software (e.g., LabWare LIMS)
  • Technical support, system integration, training, and consulting services
  1. Project Engagement

A formal scope of work (SOW), project proposal, or contract will define the specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing of each engagement. Any changes must be agreed to in writing by both parties.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:
